Richard and Fernando installed an awning I ordered from Amazon. After installing they told me that the quality was bad and that the awning would have to stay open because of the poor design. Believing them I told them to take it down because I didn’t want it open all the time or get destroyed in the Chicago wind. They charged me $200 on top of the installation fee to do so. In trying to return the awning, the Amazon seller asked for videos of installation which Fernando provided. Turns out the arm had broken because it was installed incorrectly, which they didn’t tell me. Not only did they break the arm because of bad installation, they charged me more money to take it down and lied to me about the reason for take down. Of course the awning would not open and close properly with a broken arm. I asked for the take down fee back which Fernando initially agreed to but never sent. No integrity, no honesty, just greed. Wouldn’t use them for a project ever.
