Easy to work with and very responsive. This job was a last minute clean out. A previous tenant left plenty of abandoned trash (a truck load). GAV came at the agreed to time and completed everything in an hour. I would work with them again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. I had to update my review because GAV group tried to respond to my initial review with several inaccuracies. I was trying to book them for snow plowing services. We had agreed on a time and then my parents needed to make a schedule change. I asked Andy if the worker could come the following morning. I still wanted to patronize their services and tried to apologize for Andy for the last minute change. I couldn’t finish because Andy was so rude and dismissive, and hung up on me. The cost of the job was never an issue. I was willing to pay the invoice or even more. While I don’t like to change at the last minute, it wasn’t my doing. Something happened with my parents and I needed to make the change. I found Andy to be extremely unprofessional for not letting me explain and then hanging up on me while I was still talking. The phone NEVER disconnected, Andy specifically said "I'm going to have to pass" when I asked if they could come the next day. As I was trying to explain, he was talking over me and hung up. There was no attempt to call me back either and I have the phone records to prove it. His initial conduct was already deplorable but then you're now trying to cover up for your unprofessional behavior and put the blame on me. Trying to make it seem like money was the problem. No Andy your unprofessional conduct was the problem. The cost could have been $1 and I would still not move forward because 1. you verbally canceled the project and 2. you hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend booking with them because they’re extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I’m actually glad that this all happened because I would be annoyed to know my money was going to people with no integrity. Find another company would be my advice.

At this point, it's evident that this is a deliberate attempt to harm reputation with false claims and leaving fraudulent reviews to manipulate public perception, what's known as business defamation.
