Easy to work with and very responsive. This job was a last minute clean out. A previous tenant left plenty of abandoned trash (a truck load). GAV came at the agreed to time and completed everything in an hour. I would work with them again.

I booked a time with them for pick up and they never showed. I sent multiple text to see what was going on and never got a response back. If you are late, please let the person know ahead of time.

Despite the app showing the messenger as online and the service status marked as 'completed', we were unable to fulfill the service. We also encountered an issue with our system glitch ticket (#8542061) not being acknowledged by Thumbtack.
