With a new customer I like beginning with a good relationship. Providing them with relevant information about the product and the best approach for application.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the basics of home repairs from shop in high school. Learned industrial maintenance mechanics in college. Then joined the trowel trades union more than 10 years ago.
