- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my work is remodeling and repairs and I am giving free estimate for every costumers or for small repairs I can work hourly. For military and seniors I am giving 10% discount and for wounded military personnel I can fix small jobs for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always looking for the best understanding of the project before I start doing it. I'm not that kind of guy that is going to do job the way that consumer wants if I think that's wrong because I want something that last long and don't want to be called back to do it again.I will always explain how something can be done and the time frame to be done and more than two different ways to do something and will try to go with the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm highly educated and well trained with more than 18 years in business. Most of the work is going to be done with my own hands that means you can not be disappointed.
