We had a great experience! I reached out earlier in the morning to see if someone could install a new ceiling fan, and I was really impressed that he was able to come out that same afternoon. The same-day service was a huge plus.
He introduced himself, was professional from start to finish, and got right to work. He removed our old ceiling fan much faster than I expected and installed the new one without any issues. This upgrade is going to work perfectly with our daughter's future room since we're transitioning her from a toddler bed to a full-size loft bed. We wanted a safer option because she'll be sleeping higher up, and he helped make that happen.
Before he left, he tested everything, showed me how the new fan worked, and even pointed out that our old fan was still in great condition and could be reused in another room. He also noticed that we had the wrong type of light switch installed. Instead of just telling us what we needed, he happened to have the correct on/off switch with him and installed it on the spot, making the whole process incredibly easy.
Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free experience. We really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. We already have a few more electrical projects in mind, and we'll definitely be hiring him again. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work!
