Artem had great communication skills, keeping me advised as to when he was arriving. He was not only on time, but early! He was easy to talk to, and very friendly. The best part of this morning is that he fixed our toilet and didn't try to say we needed to replace all the tank parts. I was willing to have him replace all the working parts, but two of the more expensive parts still work fine, and he said it wasn't necessary. An honest plumber with reasonable rates!. I would have chosen all five items above, had this site let me. The $120 service call charge was well worth it. I highly recommend him. He arrived at 9:03, and was gone by 9:30. A+ in all five categories above! Thank you, Artem.

Artem has been a great help. I have used him couple of times to replace toilets in bathrooms. He has been responsive every time I have reached out to him and has done a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend him! He did an amazing job fixing my toilet. He quickly figured out the problem, replaced the fill valve, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
