Our garbage disposal started leaking on a Saturday night, making our kitchen sink unusable. I ordered an upgrade replacement for overnight delivery and had planned to install it myself, but quickly realized some minor plumbing rerouting would need to occur and I just didn't want to deal with that. Since my kitchen was torn apart, I headed to Thumbtack to see if I could still get the project done on a Sunday, ahead of the week. Slava responded incredibly quickly, got additional information about the current state, and was able to come in about an hour with the vast majority of necessary materials ready to go. He made a quick trip to Home Depot to get on additional part and got the job done quickly, effectively, and without any run around on the complexity or the additional trip the hardware store.
