Slava was friendly, communicative and helpful through the entire process. Even before he came out or I chose to use his services, he was (accurately) diagnosing the problem with my grill. I ordered the part, let him know when it came in and he came out the same day to repair the grill. It took him less than an hour. We tested it a few times and made sure it worked. He even cleaned a few parts of the grill to make sure it ran more efficiently. Great guy!
