- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Strock Construction prices are based on quality and craftsmanship. We offer senior citizen discounts, military discounts and seasonal discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an appointment for a free estimate. After the details are discussed in person, Strock Construction will provide a detailed bid for the project. After the bid is provided, we typically follow up with the customer 7 days after the bid has been submitted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a trade school and have over 20 years of hands on experience with licensed professionals.
