- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each estimate is based on the scope of work, measurements, surface condition, preparation, and finish requested. Photos help us provide a preliminary estimate; the final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. The estimate explains what labor and materials are included. Additional repairs or changes are discussed and priced before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us photos, your location, a description of the work, and your preferred timing. We review the details, ask any necessary questions, and arrange a visit when measurements or an in-person inspection are needed. We then agree on the scope, materials, price, and schedule. Weekday appointments are generally after 5 PM, and Saturdays are available by arrangement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential customers on interior painting, trim and molding, finish carpentry, doors, cabinets, shelving, and selected handyman projects. We serve Chicago's northwest neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs.
