stopped in Monday afternoon to inquire about tinting the windows on the wife's Accord. Was given fair pricing and an 8am Tuesday appointment. Just under 2 hrs later the Accord was ready for pickup. Counter guys are courteous and professional. The work looks great, but Im going the full 5 days before lowering the windows as instructed.

I had Tinting Chicago tint the windows on my car, and a few years later on my SUV. They did an excellent job on both vehicles. With my second vehicle, I called just to make an appointment, and was asked if I wanted to come in on that same day. They were able to schedule me for an appointment on the same day I called. The person I spoke with explained the difference in tinting materials and what different uses/benefits, and I also received a discount for being a repeat customer.The staff is professional. The waiting area is clean. The pricing is reasonable and competitive. Tinting Chicago was able to match the factor tint of the back windows and it looked great. I did not have any issues with the tinting afterwards.I would definitely recommend Tinting the Chicago if you need to tint the windows on your vehicle.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing us based on total sq/f of the project, window film we install and other factors as hieght from the ground, distance from the shop, type of frames etc...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting onsite consultation is the best, so we can take the measurements, inspect the windows, show and leave samples to the customers and after give the pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly its window tint conferences where you can share your experience, different closed Facebook groups and good relationships with manufacturer.
