- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take time to inspect your space and understand your project so our first price is our final price. We know you don't like change orders and neither do we!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on communication to keep customers in the know from our first call to our in-home consultations through installation and final walk through. We learn most about your project during our free in-home consultation. This is where we can understand your flooring wants and need and get you a product that fits!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner completed over 200 hours of training prior to opening the franchise and continues with 3 weeks of training each week at the corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Our installers are trained professionals. If we wouldn't have them in our home working on our job, we wouldn't have them in your home.
