Great Experience! I was very hesitant to look for a contractor online. Friends recommended a few floor specialists but I thought I would try Thumbtack. George from GC Floor Sanding Corp replied to my search. He came out to the house and gave me an estimate on a project in my rental property. He was one of three contractors who came out to see the project. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he guaranteed that the job would be completed correctly and quickly. His professionalism led me to hire him to complete a rehab on my new home. His team, sanded floors, fixed sub floor (no squeak), installed new bamboo floors, replaced trim and redesigned stairs. His team was great. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. The quality of work is first-class and we could not be happier with the results. You can tell that George takes pride in the service that he provides and it shows in the outcome of his work. He communicates well and his years of experience come across when giving recommendations on the project. I would 100% recommend George and his team at GC Floor Sanding Corp.
