Luis and his assistant Chano went far, far above and beyond helping me get a very bulky, heavy fridge into my house for installation. He simply wouldn't quit until it was done, even though it was a much harder job (and took much longer) than I thought it would. But we did it, and Luis didn't even charge me anything extra--so I had to tip him. A lot!
Unlike many reviewers on this site, I have written reviews for a living. Others on Thumbtack (and boy would I love to name names) flaunt their five-star reviews and have endearing profile photos but never bothered to even respond to my requests for service. How can you be worth 5 stars when you don't offer the courtesy of a reply, even if it's to politely say no? But Luis reached out to me. He hustled to get my work, hustled when he did the work, and now has earned my work from here going forward.
