Alberto worked on my house and redid the floors in my living room, kitchen, hallway, and both my rooms. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW because the work that was done to my floors was beyond incredible. Affordable prices for top quality. 10/10 recommend.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Hired to do floors, handrails, and baluster replacement. Made them 45 inches tall when code is 36-38”. They did not know what they were doing. They left a balcony open on one side when we have a 18 month old son and a dog who could fall. Poor communication. Agreed to start Monday at 9am and started Tuesday at noon. Texted at 10 and said they’d be 20 min late and came at 11:45am. They were supposed to be there at 9am. Didn’t show up on Thursday. Fired on Friday. All the parts they removed the boxes and could not return.

We have been doing business for years and we know that 36 inches is too short and actually a hazard for an upstairs handrail. When buying materials at home depot we might spend a bit of time checking to make sure we have what we need. Also we needed to remove boxes to see what you had ordered and make sure it was the correct part. We dont control return policy from a store which you are shopping from.
