We offer free estimates onsite, and remotely with the use of technology. We are competitively priced and offer options to fit every budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a phone call or a text thread to discuss your project needs and to make sure we are a good fit for you. Once we have identified your needs and wants we will work together to find the best equipment for your needs. You are the one who lives with this daily so we design everything to work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained from a technical school, large companies, we are certified in Control 4 at the highest level and have continuing education every day. When it comes to quality, skills, and personality there is nobody better then Blue Dot Media.
