- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TV Mounting installations are performed by a team of two of our experts. We work carefully with our clients to ensure the location of your television is correct while also giving you a little bit of flexibility depending on the mount you choose. We will connect and configure up to 4 sources (Cable, Streaming Device, 4K Blu-Ray Player) and conceal wires when possible. We will also provide you with an instinctive walk-through/demo to get yourself warmed up to your new system. DSIGN experts have over 10 years of consumer electronic experience and are more than happy to walk you through any more of your home entertainment ideas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer starts off by having an over the phone conversation about their next project. We will ask a couple of questions about your project like the size of the television, type of mount you're using, the sources we will be connecting to television. During the phone call we will set up a reasonable time and date for the project and also ask if there are any other materials you would like for us to bring HDMI cables, wall mounts, Ethernet cables things that would tie everything together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the education that we have is from servicing consumer based technology. We have over 15 years of electronics experience and 10 years of residential construction experience. We receive training's periodically from brands like Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, and Maytag.
