I'm also a Hud 203k approved Consultant. We concentrate on the property exterior, Interior, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, roof, basement foundation walls and garage components. We provide home inspection services to both home buyers and seller, RE Investors and RE attorneys. Additionally we provide termite, mold and radon inspections, and weatherization/energy assessment. For Sellers we have a "Move in Certified" program for sellers requesting an inspection before listing their house on the market. We provide a computer generated inspection report with pictures on the spot or within 24 hrs emailed directly to you and to your representative (we send it to your representative only upon your request).
