From the immediate response to my Saturday-night Thumbtack request to the Sunday morning house call, Eugene is a dream come true. He came to fix a very tough problem in the inside-wall wiring for our home theater system, but managed to solve several other problems so thorny we had given up. I'm so confident in his skill and expertise, we are asking him to install more devices we've always wanted but were afraid would never work properly when added on to our existing system.

We retained Fiks Consultants to install a TV and a sound bar and to setup the WiFi in our small, one bedroom apartment. We live out of state full time and Eugene coordinated everything and did an exceptional job. He is incredibly quick to respond to emails, which made working with him remotely a breeze. I had worked with another provider in the past and they don't hold a candle to Fiks Consultants. Highly recommend!

Fiks Consultants replaced an old Plasma wall mounted TV with a new High Definition Smart TV. They also installed Roku, a DVD player, a Sonos Sound Bar and a universal remote. The work was done in a timely manner and I felt very taken care of. They were meticulous in their work, and left the room clean and ready to use after the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not recommend Fiks Consultants more highly! We worked with them recently to revamp our home electronics which included TV and gaming entertainment systems, sound systems and even a wireless router. Eugene Fiks and his colleagues did a fantastic job of set up, including advising us in which components to purchase on our own, teaching us how to properly use the equipment and even coaching us for issues we could address with our cable company. Eugene takes into account quality of the components, as well as all our space and cost requirements. When we have had questions since the installation he has remained very available and even stopped by to check in on us.
Eugene and his team are extremely knowledgeable and we trust them? We would highly recommend them to others looking for a new or updated home entertainment or connectivity system.
