I recently hired Joycelyn to deep clean my unit, and I am thrilled with the results. She did an outstanding job in every aspect of the cleaning process. She meticulously scrubbed every surface, leaving my home looking spotless and refreshed. Her attention to detail was impeccable, as they even tackled hard-to-reach areas and ensured that no corner was overlooked. I was particularly impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. She also referred her husband who painted our entire unit and a person to help replace our carpet. Overall, I highly recommend her for their exceptional deep cleaning services or if you need someone on a bi weekly basis.

At first I was happy as she was able to fit me in her schedule. Well she was tardy by an hour and a half (supposed to be here @ 3pm… arrived at 4:45pm). She cleaned things where my dad and I thought she was thorough however after looking under space rugs and the frames of doors, sides of stairs that she didn’t clean the “deep clean” I signed up for. She was nice but that can only go so far. I think if she has a partner it would have helped. She didn’t even clean my dad’s downstairs table. She abruptly left with the basement floor wet so he (my dad) couldn’t check her work. Besides being nice…. I expected more I guess.

I did deep clean 3 floors and thought it couldn't move the stuff on the table in basement. my apologies, your dad was very pleased with everything and he confirmed all looked good. The floor was the last thing I cleaned and that's why it was wet at the end. You were very precise with your room on not moving things. I'll ask twice next time.
