Hourly Rate Our standard rate is $65 per hour for the two-person team, ensuring efficient and thorough service. Holiday Promotion We are currently offering a 30% discount as part of our holiday sale, making it an excellent time to schedule service. Upfront, No-Surprise Quotes We provide clear estimates before scheduling service, based on the size of the space, type of cleaning, and overall condition. Deep Cleaning & First-Time Service First-time or deep cleanings may require additional time due to extra attention needed to bring the space to a maintenance level. Recurring Service Discounts Customers who schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings may receive additional discounts beyond current promotions. Scheduling the Service Once you approve the quote, we schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you. We also confirm any access instructions or special requests in advance. The First Cleaning During the initial clean, we give extra attention to deep-clean areas to create a fresh baseline. We bring all necessary supplies and equipment unless you prefer we use yours. Quality Check & Follow-Up After the service, we check in to make sure everything meets your expectations. We welcome feedback and make adjustments as needed.
