Love Love Love working with cleaner vibe. They have cleaned our home that we use as an air bnb during summer and they do an amazing job every-time! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of clean required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleans. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each clean, schedule the clean and then follow up with them after cleaning is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have from 10-20 years of cleaning experience backed by professional training on house cleaning as well as commercial and rental spaces cleaning.
