I am a new tenant who is a bit of a germaphobe and had specific needs that I wanted the ladies to tend to.... And they went above and beyond! My apartment smelled clean, looked great, and I was overall very pleased with what condition I saw at the end of 4hrs. You rock Maray!! And Cena?? She knew how badly I wanted the light switches cleaned and she went so far as to picking every piece of dirt from them, with a toothpick! THAT is dedication! I hired them for a deep clean, and am looking forward to hiring them again!!!! One last thing I really liked, even with my detailed requests I was fairly charged and they stuck to the rate that was given on Thumbtack. - other companies I was considering had a pattern of up charging and leaving their clients surprised, but not these ladies! WE LIKE CLEAN is the way to go!

Cena and her crew are AWESOME! They were very professional and did an excellent job. I have a rental property that was left in horrible condition, furniture and appliances left behind trash and debris everywhere! Now that Cena is done it looks like a completely new house inside. If I could give them more stars I would! Hire we like clean and you will NOT be disappointed.

I hired Cena and her staff for a deep clean before moving into our new house. I had reviewed several quotes from different companies and chose We Like Clean based on Cena's excellent communication skills and overall customer service. She asked the right questions and wanted to make sure that she addressed the important areas of concern for me--like making sure that while the house was cleaned thoroughly, it would be safe for my daughter who is crawling. On top of it all, Cena was extremely flexible in that my closing date was postponed a couple of days unexpectedly, which did not allow her team to come clean on the originally scheduled day/time. I let her know right away when the closing was postponed and she worked with me to make sure that the house was cleaned before our scheduled move-in date despite the fact that they were pretty much fully booked already. I would definitely recommend We Like Clean if you want excellent customer service and a thorough cleaning job! Our new house is quite large and her and her two staff members really did a great job considering the previous owners had several cats and dogs and some areas of the house were really quite filthy. I was able to move into our house confident that the house was clean and safe for my family.

I don't know how to describe how amazing my experience was with this completely unique business. I had lived in my apartment for 3 years and accumulated a lot of "stuff" but also wanted to take many things with me. Cena came in, did a quick overview and in about 2 seconds started asking very intelligent questions that made me question why I had been doing things the way I had been doing them-- weird storage habits, keeping things that I didn't need, and basically just being unorganized. Let me put it this way: I hired a moving company to do the actual move, who quoted me a 4 hour move for all my furniture and boxes for a one bedroom apartment. When they arrived after Cena's team had done their magic, the movers literally said, "Wow, who packed this for you?" I told them I hired a service and the move only took 2 hours so the cost was cut in half! I would call Cena and her visionary business model a pre-moving specialist (PMS). But, in addition to cleaning, which I am now hiring her to do, she's so much more than that. She's a life organizer. I am going to be so comfortable in my brand new apartment with everything on every shelf in it's place. Oh, and they did the whole, "toss, keep, donate" thing and donated about 40% of my clothes that I realized I never wear to the Salvation Army. Cena Loren is energetic, whip-smart, full of ideas, lots of ingenuity- and apparently has seen everything cause there were things under my bathroom vanity that I cringed at them having to pack. I could not recommend her higher. See you soon Cena!

Before taking on a new project, we like to ensure that we can provide quality service(s). Foremost, we listen to all the information and requests given by the customer; If we believe that we can provide quality service along with timeframes provided, we will accept the project. If time permits we schedule a free estimate to visit facility or home which our team then creates a customized checklist of all the areas that need concentration. A proposal is usually drawn up for commerical sites with a final quote. If hired, Our company prepares our teams for every project and we hand pick our team members for each project. Communication is key in the way that we operate. We understand the power of knowledge and we encourage potential customers to ask us questions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always suggest doing your research before hiring someone to service your home. Research not only PRICES but find out Service Packages. Our company has three different types of packages. Light, Regular, and Deep and we are now introducing our newest package: Extensive Deep Clean packages. Know the difference between packages and pick the one that best suits you and your home. Find out what each packages includes. Detail is our speciality and we work closely with all our customers looking for Move-In and Move-Out cleans, as well as our clients looking for regular and maintenance.
