We hired them to do a move out clean on our townhouse before we listed it for sale.
Pros: Good price compared to other quotes. Fridge and counters were cleaned really well. Bathrooms looked good.
Cons: Arrived 30 min late. Didn’t really seem like they mopped the hardwood or tile floors, they were dusty and had some debris. Didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen sink or one of the bathroom sinks. Missed the warming drawer on the oven which was left with crumbs inside.

our price is based on the customer description, so we appreciate if they can provide accurate information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer doesn't provide enough information we ask questions or we can ask for some pictures to know how long we'll take to finish the job or if we'll need to send more than 1 person.
Also all the new information can affect the price.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
when was the last cleaning? if it was more than a month ago then you will need to request a deep cleaning.
If you keep your house in order and little messy then maybe you'll need an standard cleaning only, but please be honest.
