Easter special: 10% off new clients on their second cleaning if they book future scheduled cleanings (monthly, biweekly, or weekly). First appointment must be completed before Easter (April 20th). Must be mentioned during booking to be applicable. ————————————————————————— At Eve Maids, we are a family business that specializes in cleaning the best we can and going over expectations! We started this buisness to have our employees be treated equally, paid a liviable wage, and get benefits. Our founder was discriminated and started this buisness to have our cleaners be treated fairly no matter their gender, race or language spoken. We speak English and Spanish! We also provide all our supplies. •Estimates can be changed once we arrive in the home. An estimate can increase due to the condition of the home or special requests. • Any problems with cleanings are only covered if notified under 24 hours from when the initial cleaning appointment started. For example if your appointment was at 8am, you only have until 8am the next day to report issues. •Cancellations less than 48-hour notice will result in a deposit equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) to book the next cleaning. You will NOT be refunded your deposit if you cancel again. •We require full payments upfront once our employees arrive and give an estimate. •If you decline a final walkthrough after the cleaning, we will not be responsible for anything after the cleaning. We will send pictures and videos of how the home was left after the cleaning. •Due to recent interactions, we will no longer be offering any discounts. •Our cleaners will not be verbally abused, if any verbal abuse happens, our cleaners have the right to leave. Verbal abuse will be recorded for their protection and will end any scheduled cleanings.
