- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Transparency and honesty All prices are formed openly — without hidden fees. Before starting work, you always know the final cost. 2. Individual approach The cost depends on the area, level of pollution and the type of services chosen. We do not charge the same for a small apartment and a large house — each order is evaluated individually. 3. A clear list of what is included in the service Each cleaning category (general, maintenance, post-repair, etc.) has a specific list of works. You pay exactly for what is included in the service. 4. Additional services — at the request of the client Washing windows, cabinets from the inside, oven, refrigerator, etc. can be added separately. We will announce the price in advance. 5. No overpayments If after inspection we see that the work is easier, the price can be reduced. If the work is more complicated, we will first agree on the changes, and only then we will start. 6. Fixed cost after confirmation After agreeing on the price, it does not change until the completion of the service. 7. Quality assurance The price includes a guarantee: if something needs to be done, we will return and bring the cleaning to perfection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Primary contact The client contacts us in a convenient way — by phone, website, social networks or messengers. We quickly answer and ask the necessary questions to understand the needs. 2. Information gathering and consultation We specify the type of premises, area, level of pollution and wishes. We explain the difference between the types of cleaning included in the services, as well as what additional options are available. 3. Preliminary cost calculation Based on the data obtained, we provide an approximate price and offer the best option for this object. 4. Agreeing and booking a date We agree on the final list of works, date, time and method of access to the premises. We fix the price before execution. 5. Arrival of the team and completion of work At the specified time, our team arrives with all the necessary equipment and professional chemistry. We work according to a clear checklist so that the result is predictable and of high quality. 6. Showing the result and finalizing if necessary After completion, the client inspects the premises. If something needs to be done, we do it right away. 7. Payment and further cooperation Payment is made after checking the result. At the request of the client, we can set up regular cleaning or provide recommendations for care
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Professional training in cleaning We undergo specialized trainings on cleaning technologies, care for various materials, proper application of professional chemistry and inventory. 2. Training on safety standards The team learns how to work safely with chemicals, equipment, electrical equipment and the rules of protecting customers' property. 3. Certification (if any) Employees receive internal and/or external certificates confirming their ability to work with general, post-repair and maintenance cleaning. 4. Practical internship Before entering the facilities, each cleaner undergoes practical training under the supervision of experienced specialists to guarantee a high-quality result. 5. Service and communication training We pay attention to politeness, accuracy, confidentiality and proper interaction with the client. 6. Continuous improvement We regularly update knowledge about modern cleaning methods, effective tools, equipment and new quality standards.
