- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge depending on the size of the job and if the customer wants extra services such as refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I like to make sure to have clear communication to make sure they get the cleaning they are expecting. I want to make sure my clients are always satisfied with my work so that I can continue to clean for them in the future.

I have 5 years of experience in cleaning homes and doing my best.
