I reached out late in the day needing a junk pickup, fully expecting to wait until another day. Not only did they respond quickly, but even though they were technically done for the day, they still made it happen and showed up for a 7:00 PM pickup. That alone says a lot about their work ethic.
I had a few bulky items that didn’t look like much at first—but they completely filled their truck. The crew showed up on time, got straight to work, and handled everything efficiently without rushing or cutting corners. They were polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process.
One small detail that stood out to me: they addressed me by my full first name. It may sound minor, but that level of attentiveness immediately sets the tone and shows they care about customer service, not just hauling things away.
