We do require a down payment for first time customers which comes off at the end of your first cleaning. It’s typically 50% of your estimate.
PRICES: $100/hour for the first cleaning and for once a month cleanings. (Once a month becomes a fixed price after initial cleaning.)
$90/hour for every two weeks (set price after first cleaning.)
$125/hour for staging or move in/move out cleans.
Due to high demand, the Kleinert Cleaners can ONLY take on regulars at this time. We will be focusing on our specialty, which is high end/luxury homes. We have a couple spaces left for smaller to medium sized luxury condos and homes. We do NOT have time for one off cleanings at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer competitive pricing and discounts for 2 or more cleanings a month. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, but will always come back 100% FREE if you feel an area of your home does not meet your standards. We LOVE animals and are very pet friendly!
The Kleinert Cleaners have worked on projects as small as 500 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Over the last few years, we have become highly sought after for home staging cleanings and luxury home cleanings. We love making your home shine no matter the size of the project. It makes us happy when our customers are happy. We also offer commercial cleanings for retail and office spaces! (Please inquire for pricing.)

Lauren & Jeff are incredible! We’ve tried out a few cleaners since we moved to Chicago and haven’t been blown away really. On top of that they all seemed to up-charge for every little thing that should be included in a standard cleaning. I can finally say we’ve found someone we can work with long-term and is honest & fair. They are extremely polite, responsive, detail oriented and willing to work with your schedule.
My husband doesn’t usually give feedback, but as soon as he walked in the door he immediately commented on how great it smelled, how clean the floors felt, and how kind & professional they were. He also kept reminding me to book again before our next guests arrived. Thank you Lauren & Jeff!

Lauren and Jeff were very responsive up front. They immediately responded to any questions I had and they called the day of the cleaning to let me know their ETA. I asked that they perform a deep cleaning of my 2 bedroom condo and they were very thorough as they moved furniture and cleared shelves where needed to ensure everything was clean. They did a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen as well. They did an excellent job!

Lauren and Jeff were AWESOME. With 3 kids and 3 pets and mid rehabbing a bathroom we desperately needed the aTLC. They were more than fair pricing wise and took their time to make my home feel fresh and clean. I wish I had them out much sooner now knowing how much better I would feel to relax without the nagging thoughts of "I should be doing something"

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I have always felt that having an organized and clean home is a big key to having a great day! We have worked together for several years at a small family business and we decided that we wanted a small business of our own that we are passionate about. We love making our customers smile and take a weight off of their backs every time we are done.
