The Flr refinish wrk done is very good. The company lacks proper infrastructure and formal communication channels. Their billing system is difficult IE. Rcving electronic bill that gives one choice of payment that has a 5% processing/ service fee add on that is labeled as a tax. The Invoice states due in 30 days but the Co. Rep kept calling to have paid immediately so the cleaning person could be paid. Not very professional.Aug 18, 2017Verified
We needed help cleaning a commercial kitchen with thick, old, grease in the grout and under the hoods. Reflective Floor Care did an EXCELLENT job getting rid of all the nastiness for us. Ken and Avery did a deep cleaning of my house. This is the first time I've had two guys clean my house and I was quite pleased with the results. They did a really great job overall.
