- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My Prices are reasonable, I charge hourly and by the job. There are many factors that will help me decide what works best for the customers and myself. Is the job detailed or general, 2. Deep cleaning or standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to schedule to come out and do an 10 min free estimate. At that time I will explain to the customer what is expected of me and also what are their expectations. Once we are done with the estimate we can then talk pricing. Once we agree on the pricing and the Date and time we can then take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?After years of cleaning experience working for several different companies and myself, I decided to start my own cleaning business.
