I called Mark to fix a few GFCI and power outlets in a property I own. Mark fixed them quickly and at an affordable price. He also heard me talking about some of the other work that needed to be done ... turns out Mark does everything from electrical work to appliance repair and surveillance. He actually went on to help me repair a stove that I was planning on replacing. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with, very competent, very efficient and a one-stop shop.

Mark was great! Had an issue with the piping from my sink to my wall. He was prompt over the phone and showed up in short notice in the morning. He lets you know what the issue is and explains what needs to be fixed. I did not at all get the sense that he was trying to add on any additional services or costs that were not necessary. My repair needed some smaller parts that he had in his truck which made it easier and did not charge for. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber in Chicago. Good to have someone that you can trust and will give it to you straight.

Mark is excellent. I have my cooktop not working and he came to my place on time as we scheduled. He has very good working attitude, efficient, competent and guarantee to fix the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good and appliance repair (he pretty much do everything not just appliance) in Chicago. Whatever the problem is he will fix it for you. He is definitely someone that you can trust and offered affordable price for the service I have chatted with Mark and knew that his wife is tailoring clothes with affordable price. Our project was a bedroom door that was messed up in every conceivable way. Mark asked for photos ahead of time so he could bring all the right supplies. We could tell right away that he was super knowledgeable and capable. He was also persistent -- he made sure the door was PERFECT. Another awesome thing: he completely cleaned up after himself. We're definitely hiring him for future projects. You should too.
