FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary based on design needs as each project is different. However, when possible, I like to offer different design packages with flat rates so my clients know how much they are paying from start to finish for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to first set-up a phone call to discuss their project in further detail. This allows me to provide more exact pricing/design packages to fit their needs. If the new customer wants to move forward with one of the design options, I will travel to their location. At our first meeting, we will go over my contract and client questionnaire (this is used to get an idea of design style/usage of the space). I will then take site measurements and photographs. A 25% deposit is required to start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design. I also have a prior Bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Finance and Marketing. This combination has been helpful in running my own interior design business.
