- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three main packages: Virtual Design Plan, In-Person Design Plan, and the Full Makeover Package. Each package is set at a flat rate based on the number of rooms involved. I do not charge mark-ups on items, and there are no additional fees for revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After choosing a design package, we will meet virtually or in-person to decide on the floor plan. Once we have the layout, I will create a custom mood board and shopping list. If you purchased a design plan, you will implement the plan yourself. If you purchased the Makeover Package, I will coordinate a laborer team to implement the design and style your space(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mentor is a successful interior designer and entrepreneur who has worked with celebrity designer Thom Filicia and been featured on HGTV, The Today Show, and more. I also have a BFA in Digital Art where I learned design principles and visual communication.
