- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is 75.00 per hour. This fee includes my travel time to your home. The hour is prorated in 15 minute increments when working on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients in their home for a 30 minute complimentary consultation. We determine the work that will be done, a budget and a schedule with general time frame for starting the project and how much time it will take to complete. I will take pictures. I kindly ask that I work with one person as the main point of contact for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this work with my first gut rehab of a 3 story 2 flat in Lakeview in the early 1990's. I had an interior decorating and general contracting business in San Diego for 7 years that ran purely through word of mouth. I have been the general contractor completing a home rebuild, additions, kitchens, baths, basements and laundry rooms.
