- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no, we would like to think that we can work with any budget, but because each project is different in its own way it is hard to define a standard fee. However we do have a minimum starting point for some basic services and (E)design boards. I can send you a detailed list of our fees schedule if you request it by email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a new client interview document. Within the document I ask the client about their lifestyle, project goals, timeline, budget, etc. this detailed information would help me understand what the client is looking for as a end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the architectural and interior design industry for 15 + years. I have a masters of architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and a bachelor of science in architectural studies from Southern Illinois University (SIUC).
