I own several rental properties, and I’ve used BC Painting & Decorating for six unit turns so far. Anyone who owns rentals knows how stressful a turnover can be, especially when you’re losing rent every day the unit sits empty. Finding contractors who actually answer the phone, show up when they say they will, and finish on time is harder than it should be.
These guys have made my life so much easier. I can send over photos, get a price quickly, and trust that the job will be handled without me having to chase anyone down. They work fast, but the quality is still there. The walls look clean, the lines are sharp, and they leave the units looking completely refreshed and ready to show.

To start off, there are a lot of companies trying to rip you off, but these guys get your money’s worth.
They painted my house, delivered what was promised and finished three days before deadline. I’m genuinely amazed with the end product and on top of that, the pricing is unbeatable.
