Juan was very professional. He showed up on time and got the job done faster than he had quoted. Looked even better than I could imagine. He fixed all of the damaged areas in my drywall and you cannot even tell where they were. Highly recommend.

We purchased our house in June 2021 and we hired Juan and his team to rehab our house. We wanted to refinish the wood floor, paint the entire house (wall, trim and doors), paint all the cabinet and conduct additional minor rehabs. Juan and his team did an excellent job. They are very responsive and the quality of the work was excellent. The house looked like a brand new construction after the work they did.

Chicago Property Renovations was very professional. Completely painted my apartment in 3 days. Showed me paint options and helped me decide on a color. Covered all my personal belongings so they wouldn’t be painted. Very knowledgeable craftsman. Would highly recommend.

Prices vary depending on location and scope of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller projects, I like to communicate over the phone or email to get the details and save my clients and my self time and provide a quote over the phone, after the job is complete the payment is due in full , for bigger projects I go out and asses the scope of work and provide a quote and go from there, a deposit may be required for bigger project and the amount of the deposit varies depending on size of project and materials
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years working as a painter and doing drywall repairs, 1 year of rough carpentry framing, 6 years operating my own company focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and insurance repairs, including flooring, finish carpentry, paint, drywall, and cabinetry
