- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perfection Painting is different from some painting companies because we do not bid jobs by the hour. This is how you get rushed, sloppy work. We bid jobs tailored specifically to each job. We take into consideration everything from wall size, shape, and texture to trim count and paint coloring. After this has been done, we break down the price quote for the client so they see exactly where their quote comes from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do with new customers is sit down and have a quick one on one. This allows the client to get to know us and help us to better understand what exactly they are looking for. It helps us give the client our professional opinions that incorporate their ideas and wishes. Once we have a full understanding of the clients' wishes, we then provide an outline for the project. We break down each step and answer any question the client has. Once this is completed, the work begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All painters working at Perfection Painting have gone through weeks of personal training with the founder of Perfection Painting. We do not allow new hires on jobs unless they have years of experience and have passed proper testing.
