Kris helped with repairs and upgrades for everything from dry wall, painting, hardware, installation and more. His work showed exceptional craftsmanship. He was able to make some challenging repairs to correct problems from a prior contractor. After that difficult experience with the other contractor, it was a big relief to have someone so skilled and reliable. He was clear about timing and punctual which was very much appreciated. Besides that, he was just a nice person who seemed to care very much about the quality of his work. I have asked Kris to do additional projects for my home and would highly recommend him.

Rudnik Construction did a great job on my project. Fresh paint, new trim, new doors, new bathroom, recessed lights, etc. place looks amazing. Rudnik will be my go-to contractor for the rest of my apartment upgrades moving forward!

Details: Multi-unit building • 5 rooms • Trim • Walls • 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft • 8 - 10 feet • Repainting - color change • Fair - minor holes and scratches • Yes, I will supply the paint to the professional • No, I will move the furniture or wall hangings myself

Great painter. As with everything get it in writing what you want painted, closets, trim, etc.. also be mindful about drop clothes covering your belongings, paint sometimes splatters
