- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two general pricing tiers depending on the goals of the project. Our Real Estate Refresh option is a more budget-friendly service designed for rental properties, move-outs, property listings, and clients looking for a clean, fresh update at a lower cost. Our Premium service is designed for homeowners who want a higher level of detail, preparation, finish quality, and overall craftsmanship. This allows customers to choose the option that best fits their goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with meeting the client and discussing the details, expectations, and goals for the project. From there, I provide a quote, outline the scope of work in writing, schedule a start date, Send them the contract to sign and complete the project with attention to quality and communication throughout the process.
