- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I need to know the square footage of a home, how many rooms, how much trim they want painted, if any ceilings etc. usually from $1.50 to $2.50 a sq ft , I am very reasonable with pricing jobs , will work with clients to get a price that can fit their budget. Do sections of the house at different times , a lot of people save up to hire me , it's nice . Love making my clients extremely happy and satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, setting up an in person meeting to look at their home for their specific request , thoroughly explain everything ,why I say this ,myself and other tradesman like myself are getting a lot of new clients /requests who have never hired a contractor , are newbies .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was an ironworker in south jersey, I use to go on his jobsites, help out , clean up ,that kind of thing until I turned 17yrs old, I then began learning about all facets of construction , int/exr painting, tuck pointing, drywall, sheet metal work and fabrication, glazing and installing hammered glass, like the kind in all high schools doors,
