FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the condition of the surfaces, the level of preparation required, and the type of finish the customer wants. We focus on providing fair, professional pricing based on quality workmanship, clean execution, and reliable results. We do not aim to be the cheapest option, but we work hard to make sure our pricing is justified by the value of the final result. For larger projects or customers combining multiple services, we may discuss package pricing when appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a conversation about the project so we can understand the customer’s goals, the condition of the surfaces, and the overall scope of work. In many cases, we review photos first and then schedule a site visit if needed to better evaluate the project and provide a more accurate estimate. Once we understand the details, we provide a clear estimate and explain the recommended approach. If the customer needs help choosing colors, finishes, or the best direction for the project, we are happy to offer guidance based on experience and the type of result they want to achieve. After approval, we coordinate scheduling and confirm the project details so everything is clear before work begins. During the job, we focus on communication, clean execution, attention to detail, and professional results. Once the work is completed, we do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is satisfied and that the project meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in residential improvement projects, with a strong focus on painting, surface preparation, finishing, and practical jobsite problem-solving. Over the years, we have developed our skills through real project experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving the quality of our work and customer experience on every job.
