- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes materials, labor & supplies. Pricing depends on the size of the space, the tasks that needs to be done and the materials that need to be used. We use industry standards to provide a fair pricing suitable for your needs. We provide free Virtual/In-Person Estimates & offer sales all year, visit our website to see more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact our customer to schedule an estimate (either in-person or online) and we provide a quote next-day of the estimate. Secondly, we confirm the scope of work, start date and desired deadline with our clients. A deposit that is half of the total is required to begin services.
