For this flooded basement cleanup, the agreed $350 rate covered one pickup truck load, which was discussed and approved before the team arrived. Due to the hazardous standing water, protective gear requirements, and the bulky nature of the items removed—including the bed frame, bags of clothing, and insulation materials—the team loaded and transported the first haul safely and within the agreed scope. We also made every effort to assist by taking a few additional items that safely fit beyond the original load. The remaining washer, dryer, and tools required additional hauling volume beyond the first agreed truck load. We appreciate the opportunity to help and remain committed to transparent pricing and safe service standards on every job.
