- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. New customers can send us photos of the items they need removed, and we’ll provide a fast quote based on the volume and type of junk. Once approved, we schedule a convenient pickup time. On the day of service, we arrive on time, confirm the final price before starting, remove the items quickly and carefully, and clean up the area before we leave. We also offer 20% off for first-time customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in junk removal, hauling, loading, and safe disposal practices. Our team is trained to properly handle heavy items, appliances, furniture, construction debris, and general household junk while working efficiently and safely.
