Introduction: Landscapes by David, has been awarded "A Best of 2015/2016/2017 Award by Thumback". We do design, hardscapes and maintenance. We install landscapes/hardscapes-- shrubs, trees, ground cover, sod, mulch,annuals, perennials/brick pavers, bluestone, flagstone, retaining walls & artificial turf. We also maintain lawns and Install Holiday Lighting & decorations. We also do snow removal. We can rejuvenate your existing patio (pavers/bluestone/wood) by power washing it and adding a sealant.

I reached out to Juan and team on a Friday and he was here Saturday morning to give me a quote to remove overgrown plants/weeds from 2 areas of my house. His price was very reasonable. I asked his availability. He said he needed to be by Wrigley later in the afternoon but could do the work now. I hired him on the spot. Him and his team got to work right away. They not only cleared the areas of brush beautifully but they went above and beyond. They cut and edged my grass. They cleaned all debris from both my front and back yard. Juan and his team provide top notch customer service! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Perfect experience. Contacted for a massive weeding and yard clean up after it was neglected for 6 months and the team confirmed an appointment the same day and spent 6 hours here that weekend and did an exceptional job. So happy we want to establish reoccurring service with them for the property year round. No one better.

This place forever has my business because of Juan. He knows his stuff, listens, adjusts for what matters (I needed low maintenance and to keep budget down. He did both). He is responsive and great to work with. I think I’ve worked with a half a dozen people in this line of work in the decade I’ve owned this house and everyone was okay but no one was great. Enter Juan. GREAT. I’m not one to tell anyone what to do but I’m here and I’m telling you: stop looking. He charges the same rates anyone else will but (in my experience) delivers a much greater value. He can tell you — I said no at first and tried this other guy that was like half the price (amazing! I felt so smart and thrifty!) but delayed over and over and had zero communication and I still had dirt and weeds and my charming teenage children directed people to our house with “the one with the dirt garden with a few weeds in it. Trust me, you’ll know which one.” I needed to end this particular flavor of teenager torture and asked Juan if he could still help. He showed up and made everything good. Really good. It’s pretty. I feel proud of it. I mean, what else do you want, right? I think he’s someone who genuinely loves what he does and it shows. He’s great. Try this place out and you’ll be mad about all the stuff you paid for in the past that was just as expensive and not nearly as good but you’ll feel super good and smart and (maybe?) self righteous over past you. Promise.

I highly recommend Landscape by David. I Hired them for weed removal. I had the pleasure of working with Juan and his team. This Team went above and beyond, and Paid attention to detail. Juan also took it upon himself to cut my front lawn. This team left my Backyard spotless. They Totally exceeded my expectations. I will hire them for all my future Projects.
