Set up an estimate appointment to have my yard evaluated I wanted Saturday but he said Sunday would work better instead. I agreed to 9 am Sunday. He never showed up I messaged after 15 minutes of no call or show and said we had an appt. He did not respond til a couple hours later saying something came up. By that time I was already running errands and not home. I did respond back to him when I was home later and just stated I would not hire someone who could not make an estimate appointment how would they be if I hired for actual work. I also said if something had come up why wouldn’t you text to push the appt or reschedule later.

We set up a time and he never showed up. I called him (an hour after our scheduled appointment) and he said he wasn’t going to be able to make it because of traffic. He then reschedule the appointment. It was raining that day. He never contacted me to figure out another time to reschedule. I reached out to him the following day to see if he was planning on doing the service. He responded saying “I can’t today”…I told him to not bother and I would find someone else who would help me. Not organized and doesn’t take his business seriously.
