Contacted Lawn Love Lawn Care to trim several evergreens/shrubs. A lawn maintenance person by the name of Felix arrived at my home and proceeded to do the designated trimming. He answered all the questions I asked of him and more. All the while his assistant proceeded to do the clean-up work. Had called a number of different lawn services but couldn't find anyone willing to come out---either too busy or job too small. Thankfully was finally contacted by Lawn Love and was able to get my lawn needs taken care. Thank You

Lawn love did a beautiful job. The first day of service, it was snowing and the ground was wet, this did not deture Brian from cutting and bagging my grass. He was awesome! I would recommend lawn love landscaping!!

This pro was excellent. I got a yard clean up and it is immaculate. Services were explained thoroughly and service completed so fast. I have never seen my yard so neat and tidy. After several other companies never showed up to service my property, I am glad I found this one in the end. I will be using this pro regularly from now on.

Alex was right on time as confirmed earlier and got right into the job without wasting any time. He was quick and did a great job. He was very attentive to a few of my requests and was able to accommodate them as well. I have a small landscaping project and am looking ahead for meeting Alex again next week and work on this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoting is highly dependant on the customer providing us an accurate depiction of the condition of their property, the type of job requested, and our ability to inspect the yard using satellite imagery. We are able to provide a discount to customers who book regular services with us to help keep their yards maintained and healthy during the entire growing season!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide all customers with a quote for service in advance of visiting their property. Once a quote is accepted, a highly trained and experienced lawn care tech is dispatched to the customer’s property to complete the work.
Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service that leaves both yards sparkling and our customer smiling! In the rare event that a job needs to be rescheduled or re-quoted, we openly communicate all options to the customer in a transparent and low-pressure manner. Payment for most jobs is only required once the job is complete and the customer is completely satisfied!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are dedicated to continual learning. There is always room in our noggins for more industry expertise.
