Introduction: Since 2008 I have been working with homeowners taking care their properties doing cleaning houses yards and general maintenance services in the Chicago area as a subcontractor. Now during the past three years I have been very busy doing services of cleaning gutters. This type of work has been for me very important because many clients are very concern about their gutters and how the water can damage their houses with the time. Taking those concerns in consideration from the clients, I have been doing this maintenance works of cleaning the gutters for the past three years. Now I do have more equipment, to do the right job and faster of cleaning gutters. I am willing to take in consideration any concern about all clients who have been affected about the weather conditions or any other issue with their gutters. Juan did an AMAZING job of clearing my weed and vine overgrowth problem. The length of one side of my house and garage was completely covered with tall weeds and vines that grow every year - Juan cleared both areas for me. I feel safer coming in and out now that I can clearly see what’s happening in my yard. Juan was on time, incredibly friendly, and worked very hard on my problem. Juan also did a fantastic job of cleaning up; he even made sure to go over to my neighbor’s yard to clean up any leaves that fell on her side. This was a major job and Juan accommodated me quickly and at a very fair price. Juan has gone above and beyond for me and I am so thankful to have found him. Thank You Juan!!

Juan (owner) is amazing! He transformed our property, which was being consumed by a jungle and its insect inhabitants, to a normal walkable space. Now we can move forward with the home restoration! We had plants dying or dead, weeds everywhere, and basically a huge mess of greenery. We can’t explain how much better our property looks now that Juan has worked his magic! Everything went through very smooth and professional without a single hiccup. He gave us a plan of what he could do for our property, the process he would be following, and he went to work – it was fantastic. He is very reasonably priced as well. Everything was finished in a very timely fashion as well and it exceeded all of our expectations. Needless to say we will be working with Juan on more projects in the near future!
