Introduction: Over the years, Ive built a multi-million dollar business, only to sell it to a Fortune 500 company to be with my son because I was unfulfilled. Ive been dissatisfied with my social life, my career, my emotional health, and just about every little thing that comes this way.
But over the course of many years, I dug into the philosophy and texts of the ancients. I researched to help figure out my own questions: What makes for a good life? And how can I adequately fix my own issues, as quickly and as effectively as possible?
Its one thing to pivot on general advice, a general roadmap or let an intellectual idea lead the way. Its another thing entirely to have specific strategies and action check-lists thatll tell you exactly what to do, yet at the same time, are flexible enough to re-adjust to roadbumps.
