We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing with no surprise fees. Emergency services may include an after-hours rate, but we’ll always confirm the total with you before we begin. We also offer discounts for property managers, realtors, and multi-unit jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we quickly assess your needs—whether it's an emergency lockout or a scheduled smart lock install. We provide an accurate quote, ETA, and walk you through the options so you feel confident before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician is licensed, insured, and trained in both traditional and modern security hardware, including smart locks and access control systems. We stay up to date with continuing education and certifications in locksmithing.
